Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Rates are subject to applicable taxes-6% GST

Minimum stays apply on holiday periods and are subject to change.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total booking to confirm a reservation is required.

The deposit is fully refundable only if notice of cancellation is received 10 days prior to booking date.

Check-in time is normally between 3:00pm and 6:00pm unless alternative arrangements are made with your host.

Check out time is 11:00 am

Full breakfast served between 7:30 and 9:00. Arrangements for an early bird breakfast can be made.

Liability Clause:

The owner cannot be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owners and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

Rules and Policy:

No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the guest rooms will result in a substantial cleaning fee. Smoking on the patios with doors and windows closed is permitted.

No pets.

Rooms are not suitable for small children.

Hot tub rules in effect.

A smoke alarm is installed in the common area outside your bedroom doors. If you hear an alarm please exit your room promptly and proceed outside. You will be advised immediately of the situation.
